Let’s face it; life can be stressful as well as wonderful. Getting in touch with your breath is a powerful way to re-capture your focus and calm. Guided meditations can be deeply calming and even help work out issues. Here are a few favorites:
Calming Breath: A 3-minute exercise to calm your body and mind when you need a break during the day. (The talking conure in the background is a plus!)
Full Body Relaxation: An 11-minute toe to head guided meditation; good calming during the day or preparing for sleep at night.
Singer’s Breath: Breathe like a singer, or at least reap the benefits of low, calm breathing in this six-minute exercise.
Guided Imagery – Wisdom Figure: You might gain some insight from a trusted, loved ancestor or friend in this 9-minute guided meditation.
